- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆worse service ever! had an appointment service member NEVER showed up! Wasted 5 hours of my day. No phone calls! nothing! Wanted to talk with Regional Manager, Reggie Palmer, he did not even have the decency to call me to explain the poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!! WHO is running this place? WHY do they employ people, especially supervisors, who do not take the time to address customer concerns directly. He should be fired! STILL ON PHONE WAITING FOR HIM TO TAKE MY CALL. HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES! My advice, if you can go with another company ...DO SO!!!!!By Jon Cavanaugh, January 24, 2017
